Privacy Policy

When you submit a rental application we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, service address, property and unit information, delivery preferences, and the supporting documents you upload (such as a paystub and photo ID).

We use your information to verify your identity and income, schedule delivery and installation, service your equipment, process monthly payments, and communicate with you about your rental.

Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted, private storage and are only accessible to authorized Easy Wash Rentals staff reviewing your application. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.

Easy Wash Rentals does not perform credit checks and does not submit your information to credit reporting agencies as part of the application process.

Application records are retained for as long as needed to service your rental and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of documents that are no longer required.

Easy Wash Rentals uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits to our website from our advertisements and to understand when a visitor completes a rental application. To do this, certain identifiers — such as hashed contact details — may be securely transmitted to Meta for ad measurement and attribution. We do not send your banking details, driver's license, paystub, or payment information to Meta, and we do not sell your personal information. Meta processes this information under its own privacy practices. You can view and manage your ad preferences through Meta at Meta's Privacy Policy.

We also keep our own anonymous record of how far visitors get through the online application, so we can find and fix steps where people get stuck. This record contains only a random, temporary visit identifier, the name of the step reached, which form field caused an error, and the campaign labels attached to an ad link. It does not contain your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, uploaded documents, banking or payment details, and it is not used to identify you or shared with advertising platforms. These records are kept for up to 180 days.

Before the full application we ask for your name and phone number. Nothing you type is saved while you type; pressing Continue saves those two details and opens the application. Next to Continue we display this notice: "Easy Wash Rentals may contact you about completing your application." We keep your name, your phone number, the exact wording of that notice, its version, and the date and time you continued, so our team can follow up with you about completing your application. A person may call you; we do not send automated calls, text messages or emails from this step. Records collected before this notice was introduced came from an optional permission box, and we still honour exactly what was chosen then — where that box was left unticked we do not contact those people. This information is kept separate from the anonymous measurement described above, is never shared with advertising platforms, and you can ask us to stop contacting you or delete these details at any time by emailing sales@easywashrentals.com.

Texts are sent from (214) 531-4981. Current applications no longer collect SMS consent at signup; only customers who gave express text permission through an earlier opt-in choice on file receive follow-up text messages — order confirmations, delivery scheduling, and related service messages. If you checked that box when it was offered, we recorded your choice, the verbatim consent text, and the date and time you consented. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, by texting or calling (214) 531-4981, or by emailing sales@easywashrentals.com; after you opt out we will stop sending marketing texts, though we may still send service messages where required by law.

On the first signup step, a notice at the bottom says that by continuing you agree that Easy Wash Rentals may contact you at the number you entered with AI-generated voice calls about your rental application. There is no separate tick box; we record the exact notice wording shown, its version and the time. The call comes from (214) 531-4981, is made by a virtual assistant using our voice provider, starts only during calling hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–9 PM, Sat–Sun 9 AM–9 PM Central), is attempted once, and lasts at most a few minutes. We share only your first name, phone number and a reference number with the provider — never documents or banking details.
