When you submit a rental application we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, service address, property and unit information, delivery preferences, and the supporting documents you upload (such as a paystub and photo ID).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to verify your identity and income, schedule delivery and installation, service your equipment, process monthly payments, and communicate with you about your rental.
Document Storage
Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted, private storage and are only accessible to authorized Easy Wash Rentals staff reviewing your application. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
Credit Checks
Easy Wash Rentals does not perform credit checks and does not submit your information to credit reporting agencies as part of the application process.
Data Retention
Application records are retained for as long as needed to service your rental and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of documents that are no longer required.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing sales@easywashrentals.com.
